This kid is a goofball. She likes to show off her food. We all pretend to be very interested even though, as in this shot, it's just a piece of carrot. Lately she has taken to telling elaborate stories with animated hand gestures and a hilarious (to her) punchline. Every word of it is gibberish to us, but that only makes it more entertaining.
